Far more affordable than neighbouring Riverdale and Beaches neighborhoods, Greenwood-Coxwell boasts proximity to Little India, Monarch Park, ample TTC coverage and Leslieville’s shops, restaurants and nightlife – in addition to fantastic schools and quiet, tree-lined streets.


This region north of the Junction has been called the best hope for any non-millionaire looking to own a detached home. Lots are spacious, big-box business are within reach and it’s incredibly easy to get around what with the St. Clair streetcar line and multiple bus routes.

You cannot beat the value options and picturesque views within this tight-knit waterfront community, accessible to the downtown corridor via the Lakeshore streetcar.
